Frequently Asked Questions


We will only replace damaged or defective products. Upon delivery, the customer is required to inspect items right away. If item is damaged or defective, please follow instructions below:

  1. Take photos of the damaged product
  2. Return product to its original box/packaging immediately
  3. Send us the photos with your reference/order no. via:

Kindly give us 1-2 days to respond to your message as we need to evaluate on our end and check our inventory for available replacement. If no request has been made within 24 hours upon receiving the product, transaction will be considered closed.

Refund requests will only be granted if a product is already out of stock.


Items bought on sale are non-refundable, and cannot be returned nor exchanged.


Once paid, you can no longer cancel/modify your order.

    • Standard Shipping (3-4 days) - Php 150

Large items (Furniture)

  • Metro Manila:
    • Standard shipping (3-4 days) -  Php 450
    • You may also opt to book your own courier

    • Shipping fee will be calculated depending on location
